We have established an extensive infrastructure for manufacturing Solid Carbide Cutting Tools and HSS Tools. The set up is segregated into different departments to ensure hassle free working of the organization. These comprise manufacturing unit, quality testing unit and research & development unit.

We have an in-house production unit that is facilitated with latest technology equipment and machinery, including:

• Heat treatment plant of H.S.S.
• Profile projector
• Hardening tester
• Generator
• All types of power press
• Lathe machine

For the innovation of our product range, we have introduced a research and development unit at our infrastructure. The unit is managed and operated by a team of qualified R&D professionals, which possesses vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry. They are responsible for conducting extensive research activities in conformity with our product range, and suggesting ways for the up-gradation of technology used for production. Further, they also help in improving the quality of our products in a cost effective manner. Owing to the contribution of R&D department in the success and growth of the organization, we invest a large sum of money on these research activities every year.
